What are the booking conditions and the cancellation policy?
Payment on the spot at check-in or check-out. We don’t require any payment in advance. When you make a reservation, we will contact your credit (or debit) card company to confirm that the card you are using is valid and hasn’t been reported lost or stolen. At this time, we may also check to see if the card has enough money to cover the transaction. This is communicated in the form of a pre-authorisation for the full amount of your reservation.
We will not however proceed with the charge. If you would like to see if your credit card has been pre-authorised, you could see it on your account summary because your available balance will be reduced temporarily by the amount of the reservation.
It is to be noted that no Apartment booking will be taken into consideration unless a credit card number and expiry date is provided.
If cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
How can I change or cancel a reservation ?
It is very easy via our “booking” page: click on the sentence “View or cancel a booking”. You will have to write your reservation number and your email and you will be free to cancel. Please remember to check our cancellation policy before making any changes to your reservation. In case of “non refundable” rooms or special deals, the cancellation policy could be different.
Where can I park my car ?
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 7.50 per day.
Is WIFI available at the Apartments ?
Free Wireless internet access is available throughout the Apartments.
Are there any restaurants/bars close to the Apartments ?
Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are just a 5-minute walk away.
Do you offer a shuttle service to and from the airport?
Airport transfers are provided by Golden Cars taxis next door to the apartments.
What are the Check-in & Check-out times ?
Check-in 14:00 – 22:00 hours, Check-out Until 11:00 hours.
What policy is applicable for Children and extra beds ?
Free! All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Are pets allowed ?
Pets are not allowed.
